This trip is an amazing trip and costs almost $990 per student. Every year generous people like yourself pour into the lives of our ministry and sow into the lives of our young people and make it possible for students to attend this life changing trip. The total cost for our trip this year is approximately $43,560 dollars for a total of 43 students. The cost per student is $495/ea which leaves us believing God for the remaining almost $21,780 to come in from donations, scholarships, fundraisers, and gifts from people like you. Your money for this trip is due according to the following schedule:
4/1/17-DEPOSIT OF $195 IS DUE (to secure your spot)
5/1/17-YOUR FIRST PAYMENT OF $150 IS DUE

6/1/17-YOUR FINAL PAYMENT OF $150 IS DUE

*If your money is not current, then you will be given appropriate communication letting you know you have a payment or balance due. If your payment is still not received within 1 week after the due date, you will then be removed from the trip and will be given the amazing opportunity to choose which student you want your money to go to.
**$195 deposit is non refundable**
**If you for some reason are not able to go on the trip then any money paid above and beyond the $195 trip deposit may be fully refunded as long as you cancel your spot by 5/21/17. No refunds will be given for any cancelations after 5/21/17.
In all of my years in youth ministry I have never had a student not be able to attend because of finances. If your student is diligent, willing to work, participates and works hard during the fundraisers, and believes that God will provide, I promise you HE WILL PROVIDE. Last year we had multiple students raise enough money for themselves and another person on literally the very first Krispy Kreme Fundraiser. It can be done, it just takes faith and work.
With that being said, if your student does not have their money or payments in by 6/1/17 all of their non-refundable deposit and any money they have raised thus far will be give to another student of their choosing. If your student is behind in their payments they may contact Justin @ 805-637-4528 and an arrangement can be made to collect payment at a later date. However, ALL MONEY MUST BE TURNED IN BY 6/1/17 because we have to pay the actual adventure outfitter in full by this date.
